A: In the event that
you should need to return an item, please feel free
to return it for an exchange or refund. Return
or refund must be made within 7 days from the date
received of merchandises. There will be no return or
exchange afterwards.

item in its original packaging along with a copy

o Please make sure
items are returned in the same condition that you
received them.
o Please package the
item(s) securely and include the packing slip received
with the item(s).
o Please do not send
any items COD, as Kalpana's Collection will not
accept item(s) returned COD.
o Kalpana's Collection
will not refund the actual shipping charges on returns.
o Items that have been
worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded
or exchanged.
o NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE BLOUSES. Sales on Custom
Made orders are final.
